Benedict Liang joined the University in 2019 as an undergraduate student in the Engineering department. In 2023, he successfully completed his BE(hons) degree and immediately pursued a Master’s degree in the same field. His research interests lie in the areas of industrial automation and computer vision.
With a keen focus on advancing industrial processes, he current project involves designing an AI-powered assistive assembly system. This system aims to enhance productivity and efficiency in manufacturing by utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms and computer vision techniques. By integrating intelligent automation and human-machine collaboration, he seeks to optimize assembly processes and improve overall production outcomes.
